Cutting Between Two Walls
1. Place your Styletto bristle so that one side of the angle is parallel with the wall and the other side is perpendicular to it (approximately 1/4” from the wall).
NOTE: The handle of the brush should be at a 45 degrees from either wall.
2. Start your stroke slowly as you move up or down until you achieve perfect definition at the point when the moulding meets the wall.
3. When you get to the point where you will run out of paint, stop your stroke, flip the Styletto brush and use the other angled side. Keep going in the same direction until you are out of paint and need to dip again. |

Cutting Between the Wall and Ceiling
NOTE: You should always start by painting the ceiling first
1. Place your Styletto bristle so that one side of the angle is parallel with the ceiling and the other side is perpendicular to it (approximately 1/4” from the ceiling).
NOTE: The handle of the brush should be at a 45 degree angle from either wall.
2. Start your stroke slowly while drawing closer to the ceiling as you move sideways until you achieve perfect definition at the point where the two surfaces meet.
3. When you get to the point where you will run out of paint, stop your stroke, flip the Styletto brush then keep going in the same direction until you are out of paint and need to dip again. |
